Dear Friends,

We are thrilled to share our FY23 Annual Report, which highlights the impact of our student-centered career development programming and our vibrant network of dedicated partners.

Last year, Futures and Options:

• Moved to our new home at 111 Broadway, equipped with a state-of-the-art classroom for student workshops and employer partner events
• Reimagined and launched a new website, making it easier for students, employer partners, schools, and supporters to learn about our programs and get involved in our work
• Served more than 2,600 New York City students, through career-readiness workshops, paid, mentored internships, career exploration activities, college guidance, information sessions, and alumni engagement support
• Launched Get Ahead in Healthcare, which connected over 370 students to healthcare career pathways, professional mentors, transferrable work-related skills, and hands-on healthcare internship experiences
• Engaged 366 volunteers who shared their professional experience and skills, igniting our students’ passions and inspiring them for the future

Our programs help students build confidence and increase agency. As one summer intern expressed, “Taking part in this internship has opened my eyes to other career paths. My supervisor was motivational, inspirational, and always expressed gratitude for the work I did.”

Futures and Options expands access to opportunity, creates pipelines to diverse workforces, and empowers our city's youth. Our deepest thanks to each of you for your belief in our mission.
