Career Readiness programming, including Career Essentials, provides workshops and career exploration events designed to introduce students to a range of career paths and prepare them for success in their first jobs.

The Externship Experience is a career exploration and skill-building program for high school students, designed and facilitated in collaboration with employer partners from a range of industries.

College Guidance Initiative prepares high school students for the college application and selection process, including applying for financial aid and evaluating aid packages.

Alumni Engagement programming provides continued work-readiness, career exploration, mentorship, and networking opportunities to program alumni as they plan for future careers.

On the Road brings Futures and Options’ expertise and experience directly into schools and nonprofit organizations, connecting our curricula and programming to the community.
